Jesus Christ is risen today,
Hallelujah!
Love’s bright glory now at play,
Hallelujah!
In this world and in our hearts,
Hallelujah!
Re-creating, healing hurts,
Hallelujah!

Jesus Christ the vivid One,
Hallelujah!
Our humanity has spun,
Hallelujah!
Spindled round his life we shine,
Hallelujah!
Threads through all creation twined,
Hallelujah!

Jesus Christ the uncontained,
Hallelujah!
Walks the garden, speaks our name,
Hallelujah!
Through despair has woven grace,
Hallelujah!
In all deaths a birthing place,
Hallelujah!
